NAAZ Window Blinds

I renovated my condo 10 years ago and the contractor hired this business to install my blinds. They were a great product but a few weeks ago one broke, falling from the ceiling. I called Naaz to see if they could come fix it, or replace it if it couldn't be fixed, and he gave me the run around and didn't return my calls. I ended up ordering a new set for my windows - a $10k job - with another business.
