Came here last Saturday for a birthday and the service was absolutely horrendous. It took the waitress half an hour to make it to us after we sat down and another half hour to get us our drinks. After receiving our first drinks she didn't return to our table for almost an hour. I will never be back.
Went there with friends on a Friday night. After paying $10 to play pool for an hour, we found all the cues available are fucking garbage, and the tables are even worse. For all the money they're making on these tables, they should spend on upgrading. You'd have better luck if the tables were made of particle board.
came all the way from the north east of the city, only 4 people watching the screens and all 4 were watching nascar and still the manager only wanted his golf on the speakers. so much for caring about his customers. even his staff wasnted the race on. shame had 8 of us meeting there ,so we went else where. just lost a group of people that would of come regularly for nascar
I like Shanks, have visited numerous times and always like the food and service is good. Nice big bar (not kidding here - it is huge) and no bad seat to watch the game.
