First visit, needed a part. The man was flabbergasted I would waste his time with a small request. I had the piece with me and his main point was that there was no way he could know 900 parts and know which one mine was. Silly me I thought he might have samples or a catalogue, and after telling me he’d been doing this since 1981, he refused to help. His attitude toward me was smug, condescending and ignorant, in my opinion. Also, this ‘retail location’ smelled musty. Complete waste of my time.

Purchased a refurbished Electrolux vacuum over the holidays and the store owner was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Would highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for a high end vacuum.
