Every time I have try ed to send a family member here they have something new to say either they start off with u need this u need that and then there is no point in applying because we have a 5 to 10 year waiting list they lady at the front desk is not nice either she rolled her eyes at us and said what else would u like me to say !!! NOT PROFESIONAL AT ALL THIS HOUSTON IS A JOKE THEY R SUPERANTISPYWARE TO BE HELPING ABORIGINES WITH HOMES AND THEY HAVE SOME WOMEN WHO CANT EVERY SPEAK ENGLISH WORD ING THERE!!!! SO WOULDN'T WA YOUR TIME OR GAS SHELTER WILL TURN U AWAY WITH OUT EVERY ASKING YOUR NAME OR WHAT U WANT
