Built a home for $403,000.00, $34,000.00 was upgrades. $7,600 was a tile shower in the master bath. This shower was installed incorrectly and now has leaked down to our main floor. We can't use the shower and now have replace it(2 years old) and they will not come to even look at the damage. Should a $7,600.00 shower last longer than 2 years? YES it should but the home owner is now left with the cost, repair and stress of fixing someone's mistake.
