Another disappointing visit. Would give a negative star, if available. Staff is young, self important individuals whom seem to feel farther up the food chain than myself, a Senior aged person. Not shopping, just unloading some young style clothing for others > $1.50 return for brand new turtlenecks. Wow. So generous. Will give future items away instead. Staff needs to be lead by a seasoned retail Manager, if you can find one to contend with the snotty atmosphere.

Refuse customers entry due to be unable to wear a mask, for health reasons. It is law that exempt people do not need to wear a mask. And there is no law in Red deer that makes masks mandatory yet anyway.

If they specify that they would like the clothing folded and clean it would be nice if they folded it when it was returned. Especially, After not taking the nice brands provided. Frustrating when you specifically organize so you know what the higher brands are and nothing gets bought nor folded nicely but just shoved back in the bag. If they are over stocked in certain items they need to specify this. Not very impressed.

Horrible customer service, workers are always very snotty and the amount of clothes they take versus the amount of money they want to give is absolutely ridiculous. Would NOT recommend

Took in a bag of basically new clothes today & got 15.00 for 4 items that were like new.Rediculous!!!Said the other items weren’t trendy enough,excuse me!New items that were purchased within this month in a retail store here in Red Deer!Biggest rip off place ever!???

I haven’t gone into Plato’s for a few years now and today I remembered why! You find something you like but it has multiple stains or ripped seams and when you ask for a fair price they won’t do anything. Bad customer service.

TERRIBLE customer service, terrible policies. The young kids working there are rude and every time we come in, it gets worse. Things on the racks are largely Walmart brands and roughly used. Just a bad experience. We won’t be coming back.

Did not accept an entire bag of new teen clothes with the reason that they weren't 'teen or twenties'. They were bought specifically from teen stores and I was getting rid of them because they looked too teen-ish!! Haha. Yet they put clothes with holes, tears and stains on their shelves. Also, lots of Walmart brand clothes....very confused about their process.

awful customer service went in a few times last week to purchase some clothes Came in from Edmonton as I was visiting family and heard that this platos had better variety than Edmontons. First time I went in with my friend- ALL I could hear was your staff trash talking other staff members- a youngish girl with black hair and piercings who was dressed WAY to inappropriate for a WORK setting!!! Heard her complaint about a guy who seemed to work there, using vulgar and inappropriate language

Awesome place to shop!! Locally owned and operated. Great place to buy and sell brands we don't have in Red Deer!!! Great friendly staff!!
