Renter beware! Our experience at Luxembourg, 12406 112 Ave NW, has been extremely disappointing. We have experienced ongoing cockroach/pest problems, heating issues, inadequate ventilation, and other maintenance concerns. Despite raising these issues with management, we have not felt they were properly addressed. If you’re considering renting here, inspect the property carefully, ask questions about previous issues and repairs, and do your research before signing a lease
