I was excited to purchase a 2025 Ford Escape ST-Line from Steele Ford Halifax. On July 26, I was given a printed and signed quote with a total price of $53,448.99. I began planning my purchase based on that clear offer. However, just a few days later, I was surprised to receive a different quote for the same vehicle and VIN, now with a higher price and a different financing rate. I cannot say enough about Steele Ford Lincoln. I bought a MKX and 2 weeks later when I went to open the moon roof, it was defected. I have to say the Service department with Trish Boutlier , the General Manager and David Crocker who sold me the car were 100%. I ended up with a loaner car from the dealer ship which seemed like forever and cannot thank them enough for all they did. I now have my vehicle home and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to everyone who wants to buy a vehicle

I went in for a recall service and dealt with Brian. He was very polite and kept me informed on the process. Ended up being finished faster than expected and received a scorecard with positive feedback about my vehicle’s condition. Altogether a pleasant experience.

I took my 2016 Explorer for its MVI, they had to change the tires to be able to pass the MVI, service was great and fast but one of the tires is a different style (same brand, same size). Not much of a big deal but a little bit disappointed.

I took my 2017 Focus for its first maintenance service. I felt it took too long for this service to be done. My appt was for 10:30 and my vehicle was not ready until 2PM. Otherwise, service was good and staff very polite.

Everything was done on time and correctly the first time. Fast service date appointment time.

I brought a car for $26000 and when I test drove it there was a drone noise, I was assured it would be fixed and that the car would go through a multitude of checks, I was really excited to get my car but this was very short lived, the noise was still there!!!!!!!!! I phoned up and said this has not been done they said it will be sorted 3 repairs later still have the drone I told them please change car to same modal and year but they said NO still waiting to be fixed I am very disappointed

Lots of warranty work done with no cost to me. Very pleasant and helpful service desk people. This is my fourth car from this dealer.
