We used to love this place and it was our must go to restaurant anytime we visit the blue mountains.
But last weekend experience changed everything.
The staff is soo rude and unhygienic.
We understand the stress due to the ongoing pandemic, but that doesn't mean being rude is the solution.
We waited one and half hour to get our table, but it was totally not worth it.
Food quality has gone down and staff is not maintaining safety protocols.
They piss their customers to leave without eating.

We came with our two toddlers one of which was sleeping in the stroller, we are seated inside after which our server JEFF tells us that no strollers are allowed inside although there were two other customers already with strollers in the restaurant.
So we asked JEFF if we can get a seat outside to which he replies I don't know go ask the host.
Umm excuse me NO, that's your job, you work in the restaurant, don't give me the run around.
So we left
Great pizza. Get the spinach & Texas Longhorn pizza. Avoid Hollywood Bollywood pizza. We had a large party and they were very accommodating. This place was less than a minute walk from the Grand Georgian hotel.
Stopped in for lunch and a couple beers over the Thanksgiving Long Weekend.
Place was pretty busy and people were bustling around everywhere.. Pizza was alright.. thin crust style.. a little chincy on the toppings for what you're paying but it is a resort...
Beer was cold and service was great.. All need be said!
Wouldn't go for dinner but for lunch, Firehall Pizza Co. is a great option. Will be back next time.
Perhaps we came to the Firehall Pizza Co. on an off night. The atomosphere and the temptation of a customized pizza from this place were amazing, so we stopped in for dinner while we were staying at Blue Mountain.
The pizza overall was ok, but for a pizza place, I was expecting to be very impressed. I would go back and try the food again.
Also, the view from our seats was great - we came in the middle of ski season and had a view of the lit up pond with people skating on it while we ate.
My biggest problem was the service. We had a guy who was just slow and disinterested. In fact, my partner actually had to get up and find him twice just to ask for things which we had requested before. He basically did nothing that we didn't have to ask for more than once. It kind of dampened the whole experience.
While visiting Blue Mountain my fiance, friend and I saw this place and could smell the good food from within. We went in and were seated promptly on the patio (at our request). Patio had a great view. Service was great. However my wrap had far too much dressing on it and it was too sloppy for me to even finish. Also, the fries had herbs on them that I did not like.
Overall though, I would return but I may just stick to the Pizza. I could see it on other people's tables and immediately had wished I ordered it instead.
