BUYERS BEWARE: Picked up a QX50 In August 2019. The sales process went smoothly. Great customer service... until after they collected their money and we needed assistance after the sales transaction was completed. Then it was difficult to even get a call back from their manager, Arthur, and I was even told verbatim by the finance manager, Roland Mucha, that “(he) doesn’t have time for this right now”. So disappointed. My experience with Infiniti of Brampton is a stark reminder of why car dealers
