Shocking experience

Horrible service with a very bad attitude. Do not go there as you'd put your pets at risk! We took our dog there for nail clipping. They carelessly cut the claws so deep that our poor dog was bleeding badly and they wanted to keep going as if it was all normal. We were there witnessing this in complete shock. The worst part is when we confronted them, they shrugged, said no big deal and blamed us for taking the dog in while the nails were not long enough... This place should be shut down!
