Gabriele Pizzale Design Inc

Gabriele is simply great at her job. She came in to our home and instantly made some suggestions. Each suggestion was rolled into our master Reno plan. She has an incredible eye and is able to quickly visualize the end product taking into account likes and dislikes of her customers. She is extremely responsive and provides excellent customer service. Each of the trades who were asked to come to do work in the house were professional, clean and timely. We have used Pizzale Design Inc. several times over the last few years and we always had a great experience. Our kitchen reno and bathroom reno went very well, we could not have put together the materials and colours with such skill. We especially enjoyed their presentation process, it was very helpful. The 3D renderings were so key in helping us visualize our new space. We put our trust in Pizzale Design Inc. time and time again, and we are so glad we did.

No foresight for issues - lack of attention to detail. Used GPD for a couple of big projects and found her markup was much too high. She would order things and if we didn't like them (after the first time seeing them) we would have to pay a restocking fee. Fabrics used on window treatments were extremely expensive and have started to disintegrate due to sun exposure- why didn't she think of this? Too expensive for what you receive.

Simply Awful Designer

Experience so unbelievably stressful I feel like we should have done it ourselves. The list of issues with Gabriela's work is too long to mention everything. To give you an idea how completely incompetent she is she instructed her contractor to move our dining room light into our ceiling coffer and not even center over our table. So now we have a patch put in our coffered ceiling. The worst part about this is we told her not to have the light installed in the coffer and she did it anyways.
