I've long been a happy customer of Laurier Optical. However,Nov.11/17 I requested a copy of my file & was denied. I asked to read my file & was denied. The manager said the optometrist owned the file and I needed her permission but she no longer works at Laurier. The manager lied for according to the Canadian College of Optometrists, the client (me) owns the file. Why was she lying? I will never buy eyeglasses from this location again.
