Poor customer service, unprofessional in managing conflict and handling customer complaints (yelling and shouting at us over the phone). Poor timeline, project started in August just finished a week ago. They had one persona managing the project, they pulled him off the project without prior notice and assigned him to other project leaving my elderly 80 year parents with unfunctional bathroom for a week.
Not only was the customer service great, but the quality of work was very impressive. There was a small delay in the project because I was a little picky, but Mark handled it well. Thank You Mark and your team. Our family loves the new bathroom.
Absolutely horrible experience. They project started April 18, 2011 and they still haven't completed the bathrooms. They talk a good game up front but fail to deliver. They are expensive compared to others. I knew I was paying more but we agreed the project would've been finished in 6 weeks and they said they'd have a team of 3 to 5 guys to do the job. They sent 2 guys who didn't speak english. They had to redo the tiles 3 times. Finishings are poorly done. I would not recommend. They said that Mike Holmes also worked for them. Said this 3 times.
