I hired AD Property Services for a project involving weeding, laying landscape fabric, mulching, and edging. Upon completion, I was assured the job was finished according to the agreed-upon scope, and I paid the job in full. Unfortunately, this was not true. Upon reviewing the work shortly after, I discovered that landscape fabric had been completely omitted under approximately 75% of the mulched areas. I now have to take them to small claims court for their inadequate work.
