I live about 10KM away from the Mirabel International Airport. The package I received landed in ontario. Yet I had to pay a remote area delivery fee? I'd call that hidden fees. They're unreacheable on the phone, and re-scheduling on the website is useless. They make you pick a date, then the next day it's written: Shipment is on hold, Date not available. What? And the chatbot says: your delivery is due for the next day! Ok... Soooo...???!!
