    Don't waste your ...

    Don't waste your time. Take the advice they gave me and go somewhere else.I sent an email inquiring about what I think is a carpet beetle. Over a week goes by, no reply. I call, tell him I emailed him with no response, and have an issue with some type of beetle and the guy says "oh yeah, I think I read your email. It sounds like you have some type of beetle". Well duh... what can be done about it? "I can't do anything because they always come back. You can do it yourself or hire someone else"
