She is always well looked after and she treated well. On occasion we have had her kennelled, followed by a bath, brushing and nails and those services are wonderful as well. The Hound Lounge has been a life saver for us and our wild puppy Wally! She always has an amazing time and comes home exhausted from a full day fun with her friends. She can be very energetic and unfortunately she tore her pad from running around the first time she there. After speaking with the team they were very responsive and have since always assured me they will be on top of her and help her to calm down when she gets a wee bit wild. she has never had a that problem again! I LOVE Petopia. My dog Dexter is on their unlimited daycare plan and it is an absolute lifesaver. Their hours are fantastic, they are so accommodating when I need to work late or if Dexter ends up needing to spend the night because of my crazy schedule. Best of all - Dexter always has a huge smile and tones of fun while he is there. He is pretty particular and has gotten bored at other daycares - but not at Petopia. EXCELLENT! We've boarded our two dogs with Linda since moving to Peterborough in 2013. She is always happy to have them and we know the dogs feel the same because when they see her they completely lose it! So happy to see her! I’m 1997 I bought a dog from the humane society that was sick I took her to PPH and had her tested for parvovirus, she tested positive. I was advised that my dog would require treatment up to 5 days. I explained I was in between jobs, and couldn’t afford the cost. Dr. McD told me to bring her in and they would treat her for free!!! 4 daily trips to PPH.
