I noticed the woofer walkers are in today's Richmond newspaper talking about the new gps technology they now using to walk dogs and this is the company I been using for about two and a half years now. it's time I wrote them a great review too. my wife and I work full time. we hired them because our dog Eddy was barking while we are at work. we hired them to take eddy out. It worked and no more complaints from our neighbours anymore. We are most satisfied and happy to recommend them to others. Read more

My 2 dogs have been groomed by either Heather or her grooming staff for 9 - 10 years now. Wonderful job, and dogs know what to expect when being groomed, as time is taken not to stress them out, just to get work done. Thank you for your patience and caring with my dogs. They have also attended daycare for almost the past 8 years since Heather's Place has opened in 2006. They are well cared for, taken out to do their business in the fenced back yard, and when it is sunny out, have a wonderful day sun tanning, and playing in the pools... Relaxing waiting for my return. Large and small breed dogs are separated. Best staff to dog ratio in the city, so you dog is being watched while they play, so as not to get over stimulated, and learn good dog manners from the more senior dogs. I cannot say enough good about Amherst. The staff is incredibly kind and highly professional. Our little dog, Casey, received the most gentle treatment and plenty of treats. When she became sick with mitral valve disease, Dr. Wark was always available and diligently cared for her. Casey did die, but, we are so thankful that her last months were filled with love. Amherst was a great support and continues to be as we nurse our 18 year old cat, Tiger, through her golden years. Dr. Yuen is making sure that Tiger enjoys every one of her nine lives. There have been several times where my heart was broken and I thought it was the end, but, through highly capable diagnosis, we still have our little girl. I can call anytime and come dashing in a minute before closing and I am always greeted by the kindest front end staff I could ever hope for. Amherst has been a part of our family for so many years and I could not be more grateful for the journey we have been privileged to share with this top-rate veterinary clinic. Read more

I have brought multiple pets to this hospital over the years.My pets have visited them multiple times whenever they had problems. Whenever there was a problem Dr. Rana would tell us step by step what needs to be done to return them to a good health. If there are any surgeries performed, our pets received great treatment. They are very caring, calling us multiple times to check on the recovery of our pets. The staff is very cheerful and friendly! From the attention and petting they have given my cats and dogs i can say that they must be big animal lovers! I have recommended this place to my friends and they enjoy the service here too!
