We have been coming to Ako for authentic Mediterranean food and the food is delicious. We eat at Ako at least once every 2 weeks ... the chicken in a pita and my fave the falafel meal which comes with a salad, stuffed wine leaves and those delicious falafels with garlic sauce for even more flavour.

We recently went to Allison's at the Best to have lunch. We knew of them from their successful catering business. We were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant has had a wonderful makeover and was very comfortable to enjoy our meal. The food was scrumptious and the service was excellent! Barb & Doug the owners were even there to say hello. My family and I purchase food from Tastiechicken restaurant every week. Their charcoal rotisserie chicken is the best in town. The jerk chicken is out of this world! Succulent and juicy. And OMG, you should try the deep fried jumbo chicken wings, Spanish rice and fried pork skin (Cracklings). Delicious. The staff is very friendly and professional. Tastiechicken is simply Brampton's best kept little secret. We look forward to visiting every week.

I attend this restaurant regularly mon-fri for the 3.99 breakfast deal and occasionally we go there for the chicken tenders platter for dinner. I love the service but only when Andrea serves myself and my wife, before that we had gone through waitress after waitress getting crapy service and leaving the girls without a tip as they would never come and check on us until it was time to pay, but when we learned we could request the waitress we wanted everything got soooo much better. This girl is on fire! she has a bubbly attitude and knows what you want when you want it. Shes the best waitress any restaurant could ask for and I wish we could clone her for other restaurants. The food is great and we love the french toast!! and OMG the honey dijon mustard is crazy and out of this world!!! order that with the chicken tenders and I swear you will be one happy customer! We will be eating at this restaurant for a long time to come. GOING TODAY!!!

LOVE this place! The food is always fantastic, the 'atmosphere' is Euro-hip, "are we in in Belgium, Berlin or London Soho??" SO not typical Guelph.
The staff don't start with a Big Box "hi my name is ..." and frankly, I'm happier to know that when they do stop to chat (it's a busy place sometimes and they're pro) it's an honest conversation.
Classy, creative, delicious, and won't break your bankroll.
Best date spot in town, bar none!
Late night DJ vibe is cool, and an excellent warmup to a fantastic night on the town.

I love this place! Their sushi is actually DELICIOUS!!! I'm always full after I go here...in fact, I vomited once from being too full. I love that they have stamp cards!!! So fun!!
Their signature 'hockey sushi' is seriously SLAMMIN!!! However, I discovered a fish bone in the sushi once...and upon closer inspection, I found out that the outer layer of the hockey sushi is actually fish skin! This turned me off! I wish I hadn't made that discovery because this roll is fantastic.
The location is fairly remote... my GPS was going completely NUTS on the way here. Up hill, down hill, through construction zones- getting here was a journey in itself! But worth it! soooo good! SOOOOO good!!!
