Best Chinese in the Port Colborne/Welland area. We drive from Welland to get it there having not found anything even remotely as good in Welland. Large portions and quality food. Not cheap stuff you get elsewhere. The beef is tender and from a good cut. You can tell. The restaurant itself needs a refurbish but it is clean and as long as the food is terrific who cares?

My mother and I along with my 2 sons, (2 and 3 years old) went for supper at Moe's last Friday night. I had french onion soup with a salad and my mother and kids had fish and chip. The food was very good and the waitress was so nice I would definitely go with my family again.
