We eat at White Spot often and find a good variety of Canadian Cuisine that is reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking. This White Spot is close to shopping, medical centres, parks, lake and entertainment. Its a great place to meet friends and family or call ahead to grab a takeout and picnic at the beach just down the road.

I am a Kelowna local for 5 years now. Have tried many places looking for a good tasting meal. To date Montana’s is the best, great taste, super service and the staff very friendly. Had a rookie one night and she was nervous when pouring my beer, Noticed that it was going to foam up so I took the glass and pointed out a good pour. She was so relieved and thankful that my service was unreal. People help out a young gal now and then, they are trying to earn a living.

Although only open for dinner, this restaurant is often busy but if you are there when they open it can be better for us "old folks". The food was fresh and good and the staff friendly and helpful. When they found out it was my birthday they gave me my meal for free. Too bad they aren't open for lunch as we've often been in Kelowna looking to have a decent Chinese lunch. We'd go back again.

We are in town for five days. Last night we went to the Black Iron Grill and were blown away by the patio atmosphere, attentive service, and exquisite food. I stop at the IHOP 310 nearly every time I go to Kelowna. I like the food and the service plus it is easy to get to and lots of parking. Yesterday I stopped there about 4:30 PM. As I am nearly 73 I also looked at the 55 plus menus. I was surprised to see that items on the 55 plus are about 1/2 the amount of food but the price is the same as on the regular menus. I would have thought the price would have been lower if you were getting less food.
