The service here is great. I'm obsessed with the Singaporean-style slaw to the point where I've drove across the city just to get it as take out. My friend ordered the Chicken Tikka, which was a big chicken breast, grilled with Tikka sauce on the side. Different, but good. The nachos are to die for, and I don't even like nachos very much. The menu was severely limited due to the incredible business that is Pride Week, and I was at a stretch finding something vegetarian and to my liking. After being told that they were accepting no substitutions (understandably, but I just wanted no mayo and onion on the veggie burger), I went with my second choice, the curry. I wasn't expecting much, but it succeeded my expectations. Not fantastic and it needed more than a sprinkle of salt, but pleasant nonetheless. Co-diners raved about their nachos and pulled pork. Service was a bit scattered due to business, but were very friendly. When a beer was brought to our table that wasn't ordered -- but welcomed! -- he let us have it on the house. One of my favourite things about this spot is that they have a variety of foods of different nationalities which is rare to see! I've been loving the new management as well and the changes they've made from the renovations to the changes in the menu. They have wraps on whole wheat, massive sandwiches on ciabatta buns which are under 10$ with a side! Never have I found such a nice place with great service. I had my wrap (seriously vegetarian) within 15 minutes. Was served nice and warm! Great choices for healthy lunches which are filling, and also treats for those who have a sweet tooth!
