I have lived in Dundas, Ontario for most of my life and have visited the Collins Brewhouse many times. I use the term ‘visited’ as if I am visiting someone’s home for the simple reason, each and every member of the Collins Brewhouse staff welcomes visitors’ as if they are family.
It is a quaint pub and restaurant that adds more charm to the town of Dundas. The service is just as incredible as the food they serve. The southwest chicken wrap and chicken wings are super, I would without a doubt recommend these two dishes.
Also, I have attended staff parties in the basement of the Collins Brewhouse. The accommodations that they provide such as; pool tables, a personal served bar, a big screen television, and food served in a buffet self-serve format, provide customers with fun and entertaining memories.
As you can see in my review for the Collins Brewhouse, I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to all age groups. If you like good company, good food and a great atmosphere this is the restaurant to check out!

We visited on Sunday for brunch and to celebrate a birthday. We have been here before and loved it so decided to take our out of town guests here to celebrate. They were so impressed with the Blackshop. We had intimate seating for the 6 of us. Several in our group ordered the eggs benedict and they were delicious! Eggs were perfectly poached. My friends and I went for a late lunch, we thought that we would make "do" with whatever they had left over, we were kind of lingering at the bar, because we didnt want to seem obtrusive...However we were warmly welcomed and encouraged to sit at a table, clean & spottless after which our server came to us with menus, water, & suggestions!! we ordered the margerhita pizza, caesar salad with chicken & an order of bruschetta...the food was served to us by a very gracious man, whom we later found out was the owner!! How refreshing was that, the other guests, patrons, regualars & staff went about their business & gave us the utmost attention, felt like we went to an old friends house for lunch, gave us all a feeling of warmness, & we felt connected to everyone!!!!!!
