I have been coming here since 2018 while living in belleville and would get it weekly!
I have lived in Kingston for a few years and NOTHING compares to their BUTTER CHICKEN!!
It is incredible, and NEVER disappoints - I’ve tried several restaurants in Kingston and I will still drive to Belleville just for their Butter Chicken because it truly is worth it!!
The potions are huge, the staff are amazing and it is beyond delicious!

My wife and I went for lunch on Oct.19/11.
This restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside but on the inside it is roomy and clean.
The service is quick and efficient.
My Rueben was an open sandwich with melted cheese on top with french fries. My wife had a lunch special. Both were very tasty (I would order the Rueben again... yum) The restaurant could stand an upgrade to the decor, but it's the quality of the food that counts... and it's good!

After a long drive from Hamilton I was ready to eat anything, and this was in sight from where I had to go. As soon as my business was done I headed in, not realising that it was already 9:15 and they close at 9:30 on a Monday. After I had filled my first plate the hostess informed me of the closing time, but she said that I was welcome to fill up as many plates as I liked and eat at my leisure while they packed up. So I did, and washed them down with a Tsing Tao. I found the food to be the equal of other buffets I have visited, just wish I could have had more time, but that wasn't their fault.

We (myself and my daughters) stopped by on route from the Ottawa to home (Hamilton) on Sunday August 8th to order take out. Our family has stopped at the Gateway Restaurant for decades to enjoy their always delicious family style meals. We ordered club sandwich platters and a BLT platter- sooooo delicious as always. At first I wasn't sure about this place but after my first visit I was sold. The food is amazing, the sushi is so fresh and the waitresses are so nice. They are always smiling and are quick on their jobs. You're never waiting for refills of drinks or to order. When we leave even the sushi chefs say goodbye, that's how polite and relaxed this place is. I love it.

I'm not sure what restaurantica12 problem is with this restaurant. Me and my husband comes here about once a month and it's fantastic, except simetimes when he gets the full rack of ribs one of them isn't the greatest. And honestly it's the best meal for your buck. Will recommended it to anybody who isn't fussy on where they eat just what they eat. Good home cooked meals. Yummy yummy!
