I am totally impressed with this Fionn's. It is the best of the chain. The wait staff are beyond amazing. Ask for Gillian, she is the BEST. The bar has NAB which is rare in Canada and the food was superbly prepared and presented. Gillian was all over me making sure the food was perfect, the coffee was fresh and hot and the desert was to die for. All in all...I rate this at the top of my list for places to visit and eat in Toronto. Read more

You can always expect great food, friendly service and if you don't pay attention to the random decor the atmosphere is nice and very family friendly. Fair prices and an average wait. I've been to this location of Milestone's many times, and haven't been disappointed - the service is great, the hosts are great (I've been to other locations where the staff are a bit snooty, don't know why). We enjoyed our appetizer and I had a special from their seasonal menu. The dessert (also a new item from their seasonal menu) was great. I am disappointed that they haven't brought back some of their classics, like the white chocolate brownie, as well as with their usual dessert menu, but the food is usually very good. Read more

Sorry to hear about you coat!! We take that very seriously at Franks. We have in the past taken calls and always have dealt with our customers in a very professional manner. I would advise to all bar partrons not to coat check an expensive coat. As far as food goes in Franks, yes I would agree that the food has not been 5 star but just recently we have brought on a new menu and we believe that the food has improved dramtically. People don't expect fine dinning this is a bar. Furthermore we have been around for 9 years and our kitchen is open till 2am. We do have a limited menu from 11pm to 2am. It is my mandate to improve the overall expereince at Franks!! This does include Food!! We hope people will give us another try!! Our atmosphere, service, and live music is always on the ball.
