Great place for a quick grab-and-go. Located in the heart of downtown, for the price you pay, the food is adequate and it offers a great variety of Vietnamese food. Family owned and serving the community since 1993....the only place that can display on their menu; NO-MSG. I always drive there for the pick-up special prices. Every time I telephone & I call out the number on the menu, the son knows what meal goes with the number !! Only disappointment is that they have later week-end times for operating hours. Here is my unbiased unpaid for review after visiting the restaurant last night. This is a high quality, high end buffet. Where other buffets people eat at and do not complain because a lower food quality is expected for buffet this restaurant surpassed all my expectations. One of the best restaurants I have been to in GTA. For the price paid the food is 10/10, ambiance 10/10 and service 10/10.

To be honest, I don't think I have anything really negative to say about this restaurant. We visited for lunch on a Sunday, and were the first people in the restaurant. As a party of seven, we were seated at an assembled table right by the bar near the front of the restaurant.
From what I can recall, we ordered the Manchurian Chicken, Chili Chicken (dry), mixed vegetables, butter chicken, and chicken chow mein - looking back, yes that was a lot of chicken - and it was all rather delicious.

I really like this restaurant. It will have your order ready within 10 minutes. If I'm ever working from home or just don't have time to cook, this is very quick and feasible option. The other day, I placed an order for a slightly spicy meal and went home. I found the meal too spicy for my taste so I asked if I could get a milder version. They just asked me to bring the original meal back & they provided me a fresh meal according to my liking within 10 minutes. Now, that's good customer service. By the way, the prices are pretty good during lunch time.

The foods are okay but not very impressive.
I like the spicy "pork bone potato soup" and BiBimBob.
The room is small and the temperature is high, but the service is quite good. The server keeps on serving cold water to us during the time.

This was my first time dining at a Korean restaurant so I was super excited. The place seemed very cozy. I loved the booths and their little curtains. We came here because it is my boyfriend's favourite Korean restaurant.
I was very happy with our meal! I love noodles so I got ramyun, which isn't a special or difficult dish but I enjoyed it. The food came out very quickly and at a good temperature. My boyfriend loves their potato appetizer and I adore their sweet peanuts. We also got bulgogi, which was amazing! The portion was large, more than enough for the two of us and there was the perfect amount of sauce. The ladies who work there are nice and efficient as well. My first impression of Korean food was a positive one and I hoped to visit again.
On my second time there, we ordered the combo my boyfriend raved about: soup, spicy diced chicken, 5 bottles of beer for $18 and dukboki (a dish I had been wanting to try). Again, the service was fast and the food was hot and tasted amazing. We ordered much more than we could finish so we happily took most of the meal home. I wish I could make a trip back here sooner!

We tried this spot for our Anniversary. We were lucky and ended up getting a spot st the bar without reservations. We had booked at another restaurant but due to the power outage they were closed. Anyways, happy mistake finding Patois. The food was AMAZING and the service and cocktails were pretty fantastic too!!! We ordered a lot of food, I just wanted to try it all. My fav was the crispy pork belly, jerk chicken, and dirty rice. I can’t wait come back again to try more off the menu.

Service was pretty good considering we were eating in an asian establishment. Tea was topped up, food was replenished quickly, and the side dishes kept coming.
I didn't use their washroom but the location is accessible by TTC or Car. Nice spacious dining area and it was clean. I liked how food was coming non-stop. We had so much food that night - great bang for our buck. Although the taste of the food was a little bland (compared to other Korean BBQ places), the side dishes made up for it. I think we took their stock of kimchi and spicy bean sprouts =)
