Classes at Floboxing are a mix of bootcamp and boxing. Kim always changes the classes so that you never have the same workout twice. I am 60 years old and have a bad shoulder and there is always modifications and Kim keeps a close watch on you.
Kim is tough but a very gentle soul. I would recommend Floboxing to anyone. Give a class a try, you will not be disappointed. Read more
