Not only did my package arrive the next day (from Surrey to Kelowna) but I was contacted by Saveonfast and kept well informed. A more competent and more efficient service than our government postal service provides. Needless to say I was very pleased indeed and will use this firm more in the future. I have never been given such good service anywhere. Beevan (hope it is spelt right) goes WAY above and beyond for his customers. He always makes you his number 1 priority. I was needing to find out if some papers were delivered. I called twice but went to voicemail. Beevan called me back because I didnt leave a message. I lost my tracking paper and he stayed on the phone with me until we tracked the item down (without a date of being sent) and gave me the information I needed. You rock Beevan!

They made an effort to reach out to me to remind me to pick up the parcel (which I couldnt) when I stressed the importance of the delivery of this parcel, they sent it back out for redelivery at a date they could be sure I would be home to receive it.
Purolator as a business blows chunks. If you can reach the drop depot, though, they will really take care of you!!

Unbelievable! These guys moved a massive sectional on the second floor through a very narrow and awkward stairwell with low ceilings and a big chandelier. Service in this branch is far better than that of in Metro Town TnT branch, I rather go farther here than that of close to my place.
That of Metro Town TnT service with that guy is so poor, he was on the phone for more than 40 minutes without even saying can pls wait or hi to customers in line. Not custumer oriented.
Some customer went away and said better go to Western Union than in this Manila Cargo Express branch.
