Just wanted to write a review for the great service I recevied from Dina Party Rental this past weekend. I had my Bridal Shower and needed to rent tables and chairs. After calling a well known rental company I realized that they were unwilling to drop off and pick up the same day unless I would pay 3 times more for delivery. However Dina Party Rental not only had the same items for a better price then the competitor but dropped off and picked up the same day for a delivery fee. Dinesh who I placed the order with was really informative and helpful and sent me the invoice right away and gave his suggestions when I asked.
They called to confirm the order and even took a last minute order for a table and table cover. The delivery person was so fast, on time and when he came to pick up the tables and chairs I really didn't even notice.
Thank you for such great service! Definitely will be using again.

I will only ever rent event/party supplies from Gervais. I rented some supplies for a photo shoot I was doing. They were very professional and very affordable. The staff went above and beyond when I had a personal emergency in their parking lot. A crew of men ran out with tools and gadgets and with calm reassuring demeanor they resolved what could have potentially been a very expensive and dangerous situation. Over all I have nothing but great things to say about Gervais.

I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

We went to a late dinner (girls night out). Our server was great super nice. The belly dancers we awesome!!! They pulled us onto the dance floor with them, It was a good entertaining night in the city. Mind you the food was only Good for the price $$$$ 65 dollars just for me and I had no drinks with that:( big time downer. Atmosphere was great though. Big bench like table areas with pillows. Nice! That's about it though can't really remember the food. I know I had the Lamb, it was OK.

We needed some tables and chairs for an outdoor party and this was the most cost effective spot in the area! The staff at the store and on the phone weren't the most friendly but they got the job done. The delivery and pick-up were right on time and they even let us use the tables for a few extra days because they don't pick up on Sundays - this was a true added bonus!! My husband & I were on vacation in the Bracebridge/Muskoka area when we ran into car trouble. When we arrived at C.T. Bracebridge Dave & Peter went above and beyond to help us, they not only got our car up on the hoist right away BUT drove us to our cruise on Lady Muskoka so we would not miss it while our car was being fixed. They made us feel welcome, treated us with respect & kindness we cannot say enough about these two men as well as the shop. If I could give 10 stars I would! Bravo guys!

The guy in electronics is awesome. I bought an expensive Magellan GPS backup camera and GPS, but the GPS thought it was in California. The electronics head took it outside, reprogrammed it and it worked. I find the staff very friendly and helpful.
