They have all the equipment you need there, showers, a nice private room in the back of the gym to stretch out and is also used as a cycling studio. When I first signed up Cerry, the owner made me up a couple workouts and training sessions which really helped me out, he always greeted me with a “hey bud” which made me feel welcome there. If you want turkey it will be from roasted turkey that she has cooked,same with bread,perogies,cabbage rolls even the noodles in her turkey noodle soup.
