My husband and I went to The Ranche for a special occassion for the first time, and I was very impressed by the atmosphere and decor. It is beautiful and elegant but also rustic. You are also in Fish Creek Park, which makes for a nice and unique spot for dinner. We visited the restaurant near Christmas time, and it was just lovely with the snow and lights! The food was incedible, and they have an outstanding wine list. A must see!

I lived in the Deer Valley area of Calgary for several years and this pub became a regular spot for me to meet with friends for a drink annd a bite to eat, watch a game, play pool, etc. The staff is great, the prices are very reasonable and this is a nice, open concept pub. Relaxing, casual, and friendly - everything you can ask for.
