Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. been using that store for years. new location is great. they now have M&M meatshop products. I m very cheap...lol. when i shop around they consistently have lower prices then everyone.. they will order any product from the website. takes a few days within a week. I wear my mask as it is my personnal choice. some staff have them some don t I respect their choice as they respect mine.
