The office gave us heads-up telephone calls advising us when workmen would arrive at our home, and shingling was done in stages so that the roof could be “buttoned-up" before any thunderstorms. As it happened, I had to return a piece that wasn't quite flush (the measurement was tricky). I took it back and I was most impressed with the customer service I received. There was no hassle, no haggle and no extra charge. The piece was re-cut within a few minutes and I went home happy.
