Really amazing!! First and best restaurant I've been to in Canada and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The new owner Mani really made us feel at home and ensured his extremely friendly and kind staff made sure my family's and my first experience not only in Canada, but also in Montana's, was a special one. Myself and my husband went for dinner here to celebrate our anniversary and we had a great time. The crab cakes and wings were delicious. The hunter chicken and sirloin steak were cooked perfectly and tasted good too. The dessert trio snd tiramisu coffee topped it off well. Will definitely go back again. Waitress Selena was really nice and served us quickly.

We go to the Dixon Road location and absolutely love it there. Mostly because we are served by Tanya and sometimes Christina. They are the best Waitresses there. Tanya always remembers what we order, even our drinks, every time we go there and Tanya is the reason we keep going back to that location. We love Swiss Chalet, especially this location and have been going for years, it's the closest to homemade, it's fast service and the prices are great! The staff at this location are amazing people and always quick to serve you and get you what you want. I can't say enough about this location, it's all good in every way. Always greeted with a smile. I know there were issues with this place but over the last month management seem to have made a real effort to get things sorted out with a new bar person and new staff and a manager that now walks the floor to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Today we were served by Erika (2nd day on the job). She took the order and we were delivered exactly as requested - food piping hot, extra sauces the full works. Service was amazing - our glasses were never empty.
Food as always is great - hot, fresh and served to order! Definately worth a try if you havent been before
