We order from here regularly, we have only ordered the Thai items a couple of times. WE LOVE THE HAKKA dishes. It is very difficult to find any good hakka restaurants in the area especially oshawa/whitby area. Our regular dishes are the: -Bombay chicken -any of the chili or manchurian chicken or beef or shrimp (the shrimp dishes are a little smaller than the chicken or beef )but very tasty. -pad thai/ hakka special chow mein We really like the fact that they have come to know us so when we ask for extra spicy it is extra spicy, never been disappointed. If you are into this type of food then it is definately worth a try. We don't eat in because of our kids but the atmosphere seems very pleasant when we have picked up food. I Read more

I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. Loved the quality of service, taste of food and price. We like to come to Family Wok for lunch as a group of us work downtown Oshawa and we all love the Family Wok. Today we went for lunch and in a bit of a hurry. I had reservations about going to another Wimpy's, after having such a disastrous experience at the one in my town. The boyfriend however had eaten here many times, and told me that he'd really enjoyed it, and we needed a place we could take his year old son and all of us be comfortable. I was quite happy with my experience at this Wimpy's. The food was good, portions huge, service prompt (though she was carrying on a conversation with the family at the table beside us every time she came to our table). No complaints really. Read more
