I took my son to Swiss Chalet two weeks ago for a chicken dinner (1/4 with fries). Consistently good. The waitress was attentive, and knew how to keep the baby at the table next door happy (crackers, crayons, drinks... STAT!). When my wife and I went out for dinner the next week, where did my son go? Swiss Chalet. He is somewhat of a picky eater... So, great review.

I brought my 81 year old Uncle and my younger beautiful Aunt to this Swiss Chalet for lunch. The server was very bright, cheerful and friendly. The meal was served within minutes and she got everything right. I happened to mention that we were going to use the coupon(s) that my Aunt had received in the mail, but we couldn't find that day. She had an extra coupon so she offered it to us. That changed my mind about the restaurant even though I had a bad experience before.

Not a bad place to get some wings and beer.
We have been there a couple of times and have left happy both times.
The place was very busy as there was a Leaf game on and we were seated right away and served right away.
Remember, you are going to a sports bar and the food is good for a sports bar.
We had wings and the club house sandwich with fries and a couple of pitchers of Bud. Overall, pretty good!

Had seen this place from time to time, since I sometimes go through the Port on business and loved the comfortable charm it presented. This summer after a day of cherry picking, we ended up in Port Dalhousie and Murphy's seemed like the place to try.
We were so thirsty! They did the Long Island Ice Tea ... to a tee, and the food was fantastic. We had the surf and turf and a daily special and no one was disappointed.
We loved the atmosphere inside and enjoyed the patio for dinner that day. But this would be a very cosy visit for the winter months too! We will definitely be back!

Always a good time but sometimes food can be a let down. Chicken, meh....but the chicken wings are great. Pizza is a toss, excuse the pun but I've great nights and sadly don't like it nights. It can get really loud so be prepared if you are bringing the grandparents (they may want to turn down their hearing aids). It's kid friendly on one side and has obviously long time locals and party people on the bar side as well. A nice mix all around.

I've been coming to Massey's for a long time. Lunches, dinners.
The food has always been fresh, and tasty. The servers have always been nice and courteous.
The portions are ridiculously large.
Pastas, it's two meals.
Steak on a kaiser, top with some A1 steak sauce, you're biting into some deliciousness.
Their menu specials are usually really good.
Just really a nice place to go eat at, at a price range that won't break the bank.
Others have complained that they are busy. There's a reason for that. Cause the food is good!

We LOVE Swiss Chalet! This is easily the most dependable place in town to eat. The food is always good, hot, delicious, and quickly delivered. I take quickly delivered to mean that I don't have to wait! Our servers have always been friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The manager seems to be a little unpredictable at times, otherwise, it's a great, simple place to go with friends or family and we always go back!

Our soccer team and parents, a party of 30+, invaded for lunch and we were really impressed with the service, the food, the atmosphere, everything was amazing! The server, Hunter, remembered everyone's names, no ones orders were mixed up, the separate bills were all correct... Being a Vegan for only 10 months I find it almost impossible to eat anywhere! We went to the Old Newcastle House and I was advised to try the veggie stir-fry. I have to admit I was hesitant, it was fabulous!!! I love to cook so therefore find it hard to find food I can say I love in most places!!! The company I was with also really enjoyed their food a lot! I have to say being OCD I always tend to look at the surroundings and this place is a little gem it is extremely clean ( which I love ) and beautifully decorated. This is our second visit and I look forward to many more !!!
