One of my family's perennial haunts. We stumbled upon it while looking for a meal the night before a vacation, and now it is one of our favourite restaurants.
Our usual order consists of 2 tofu satays with roti, one tofu mee goreng, and one hakka chow mein, but we also love Thai curry. Theirs (red and green) are both excellent.
The only troubling bit is the music in the background. When it isn't reimagined version of pop songs (a bit repetitive), it's CHFI, the local adult contemporary radio station (complete with advertisements; a joy at Christmas).
To sum up: Grossly undervisited, deserves more people through the door and cash through the register.

When the weather starts to get chilly I have to start making mother's dumplings part of my regular routine. It's a good idea to go with at least three people so that you can get multiple dishes and share. These are the freshest, yummiest dumplings I've ever had. Noodles are also house made and amazing. The new location is much nicer than the previous one.

This is the Mandarin we always go to in our home town. The staff is always friendly, cleanliness of the restaurant is always excellent, and the food and desserts are always bountiful and fresh! This place is really amazing! The only reason I came on here and created this account to give praise to this take out restaurant. The rice they make has that smokey smell that woks give off and the sesame chicken I ordered was exceptionally good. The rice though I have never gone to a chinese take out restaurant with such AMAZING rice! I promise you if you come here you will get your moneys worth of fried rice!
