The night before my trip, I called from out of town to arrange a pick up when my train arrived in Windsor . I mentioned often the arrival time is delayed, also that I was on a tight schedule. I was assured someone would be there. They called me while I was on the train to check on arrival time. After I arrived,within a couple minutes the driver showed up.Using CCC I was not late for any appointments and I was able to be at the station in time for my return trip home. Driver was very courteous.
