We deal with the Tillicum Rona often and have been happy with their service, however we had an issue with a bathroom vanity we recently purchased and weren't getting a good response from the store. Fortunately we were lucky to be able to deal with "Shane". She not only arranged to pick up the damaged one she helped us pick out a new one an arranged delivery promptly. She then followed up to make sure we were satisfied, absolutely we are, thank you so much Shane, we will be back. Read more

Shane was excellent at communicating with us and kept us involved and informed every step of the way.I was very impressed by their ability to adapt and take care of any problems that arose. Shane brought our vision to life and we are so happy with our kitchen! Thanks Shane, Andrew and Ryan! Read more
