Dr. Genuis is an excellent, caring doctor who expects us to follow his sometimes complicated instructions, but he puts a lot of care and thought into each individual patient and really considers what is best for them. The facilities are clean, but that is kind of the point- he works hard to make the environment healthy for each of us! I would highly recommend this Dr., but only if you are willing to work hard and hold up your end of the bargain.

Dr. Liu explains in detail how the ear(s) function & has diagram images for patients who are visual and need to see what actually happens to all parts/components of the entire ear and their functions. Our three year old has had many visits to the doctors and it almost always consists of my wife holding him down while he screams, and me being ignored as a mom and pushed away to watch from the corner, because i'm "in the way" and "only his mom should be here."
This was not the case with Dr. Pugsley. He was friendly, engaging with both parents and very thorough with his explanations. He took his time with our son, making everything into a game. Our little guy, for the first time ever, enjoyed his visit with the doctor, giggled the whole way through and walked out with a smile. It was a very welcomed break from the usual stress of doctor visits. hilghly recommended.
