You will notice that all past reviews are all old from 7-10 years ago and no longer reflect today. The restaurant has been renovated, the worn furniture and decor replaced with more modern look, very nice atmosphere. The food is generally excellent. They have a large covered patio for outdoor eating. Surprisingly they also have a classy banquet hall downstairs for large family events so its not necessary to go out of your way. Read more

Went there with my friend for breakfast. Server was great, very friendly and always topped up our coffe. We each had eggs with hashbrowns and toast.. yumm we ordered a waffle too.. the waffles are huge but kind of expensive. So if you order them make sure you are hungry! Food isn't particularly spectacular or delicious but perfect place to hang out and grab a bite after a night out clubbing in the market. Being one of the only places open 24/7 you definitely can't go wrong if you just want to relax! The place does get REALLY busy after bars close though. Read more

Consistently impressive Indian buffet. Always fresh and fantastic. My grandmother lives close by and we always go out to eat at this restaurant. I even had my graduation lunch here after I finished university. The atmosphere is clean and beautiful, restaurant is fabulously decorated. The owner is lovely and most of the servers have been there since I can remember; always smiling and on the ball, providing endless water and excellent service. We were greeted at the door by a respectful very friendly young woman named kirsten, then brought to our nice roomy comfortable booth at the side of the restaurant. we were greeted by our server straight away, Tina, who Brought our first round of drinks. Once we saw the menu we ordered nice and quickly, the menu was quite detailed. Salad and bread was brought to our table and the feast began. when tina brought our food to the table i joked that i might have to take it home. I was able to eat a couple of pieces and she kindly packed the rest up for me. I enjoyed the NY theme in this resaurant. I went there with a friend/co-worker expecting a little more elegance in terms of ambiance. I was greeted at the host/hostess stand and seated immediatly by the window- I didn't even have to ask. Our server seemed a little anoyed or inconvinienced however was helpful when asked. The food was great not amazing but than again I have been told I am a little choosy. None the less we received our bill before we were asked for dessert which we decided not to have - maybe that was a good idea because we were both full. Know this isn't really in my nature; but with the food I had this place obviously has potential. My reccomendation is to step it up with the service add some more interesting decor and man this could really be a great restaurant for us business folk in the area to go to. Read more

Went to this restaurant after watching "You Gotta Eat Here", was our first Poutine ever and it was quite delicious. I ate a fabulous sandwich and my sister said her sandwich was the best vegetarian sandwich she ever had. Desserts looked really appealing but were not as amazing as we expected. I think is a little overpriced, the first night we went, four entrees - four drinks was almost $90. Second time around one entree, four desserts and water $63. Read more

Nice touches on their meals. Portions are not over sized, which is good if you don't want to overeat! I've had veal parmigiane (sp?) and the salmon with some unique sauce. The vegetables have been spectacular both times and like I said before, the presentation is pleasing. The house wine (by the glass) is decently priced and quite good. It is a bit pricey though. I would only go back for a very special occasion with my husband. It is a very romantic atmosphere. I am looking forward to going again. Read more
