    Unfortunately wha...

    Unfortunately what should've been a simple 12 week project turned in constant delays and struggles with GHT. We also had the painters (and drywallers and plumbers) quit, which left the office manager and other non-professionals to do the work. At the end of the 28 weeks, we had GHT walk away from our home with many outstanding deficiencies, a non-functioning A/C unit that they broke, a pile of garbage in the backyard, and a charge on our credit card for work not done.

    We hired them to ...

    We hired them to develop our basement and after their painter came in and made a huge mess of our basement, the owner had the office manager come in and fix everything rather then hiring another prof painter. Things were left unfinished and they took the final payment before we were even happy with the basement. We now have to hire someone to come in and fix things they wouldn't. They ignore you and have really bad attitudes when you want things fixed.
