Gave them all my business info. Had to enter 7 numbers into program charged me 1300+ for this. What a rip off. should also mention met with preparer for 15 minutes and told originally it would cost 1100.00 guess 15 minutes is worth 300.00
Terrible service. I am a working professional and went to this particular location for tax filing. First I was told that my file needs to be handled by a senior and more experienced employee. They kept my file for 24 hours. The next day someone called me and told me it would cost 200$ and the person worked on my file would leave at 4 but someone else will be able to walk me through my file. I showed up to pick up my file and they just wanted to charge me without explaining me what they did.
