Have been getting my taxes done here for years! Family run business and really positive people that work there. I never knew getting my taxes done could be something I would look forward too every year! Thanks for being such an amazing accountant Kelly!

Working with POA was very disappointing and frustrating. Their communication and customer service are quite unprofessional and slow. They often left us hanging for weeks to answer our emails or call messages. If they did reply, they would address some questions and ignore the rest often times. We stopped using their services for these reasons but also for doubting their expertise. They lack the ability to work with clients in a transparent way and in a partnership-style relationship.

Very friendly and courteous people . Filed my forms and kept me well informed

Took 3 weeks to get my taxes done when they said it would take 1, very poor management and she doesn’t return phone calls.
