We hired River Valley Final Grading to do the front and back final grading of our lot. Due to backyard accessibility, wheel barrows were used to haul the dirt to the back yard. The guys worked quickly and were very respectful of the neighboring yards. Their work was very well done and they did a nice cleanup job too. Their company also takes care of the surveying and getting the city to come by to do final approvals. The whole process was about a week. Very good experience with this company.
The black dirt was very good. Neighbors had two different companies and one had "grey" black dirt and the other had weeds growing in a week. I didn't get any of this. Also rivervalley never asked for a dime until the job was done.
They did a great job. Came home to a nice final grade. Everything was taken care of from the time of booking to the final grade inspection and certificate. Emails and questions were answered promptly and they delivered in their service!
