The worst Tim’s experience I’ve ever had. Dirty and full of flies. Staff just standing around while the line grew. Got to the till and they had nothing that we wanted to order and walked out
they ran out of egg at 9:30 am, they had no decaf made, the worker took at least ten minutes to take our order in the drive thru and they even forgot our hash browns. By far the worst Tim’s in the Medicine Hat area, if you want what you order I do not suggest dropping in here.
The lady I was dealing with was impatient, charged more for what I ordered, and just seemed like she didn't care. There was nobody else around, and I was waiting in line for 5 minutes before she acknowledged me. I understand that the shifts are long with a lot of people, but a smile would go a long way.
