I explained to him the situation and I asked him for his expertise to verify if the bug that I had noticed was a bed bug or not, I sent them a couple of pictures and he promptly replied and helped me understand the type of bugs. I didn't feel pressured to jump into any costly treatments I wasn't prepared for, and took time explaining my rights and responsibilities as a tenant. Great customer service! Called me back after leaving a message for my concern. They got me to text some pictures along, and soon relieved me that I shouldn't be concerned.
