Best Buy Crossroad Station Shopping Centre

Worst best buy in the city. The regent location is poorly stocked. Badly staffed with rude people and can never get any help. Just there to drop 1k but no one to help. Just left. Will be buying direct from the manufacturer. Not the first time i’ve tried to buy something there only to go online instead because the in store experience is so bad. Thanks for pushing everyone to purchase online for sucking so bad.

Best buy has the worst cell phone department service. They lie to your face when you are returning cellphone but are sweet when they are selling. Their managers are so admit. Worst customer service ever. Wont return phone because their inventory will screw up as the phone was bought from different best buy location.

Can’t reach any of the Best Buy stores on the phone in Winnipeg. It just rings and rings. It’s lost a lot of my business.

Horrible service!!!!!!!!! Labelled a laptop wrong and not even an apology from the manager DAVID W. Basically gave wrong specs on the laptop and not even compensated whatsoever. Never going back! Never going back.

Been trying to get someone on the phone for over 4 hours, Only keep getting recording. Not impressed

Nicholas in the computer department is amazing. Very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. One good guy. Has helped us a lot.
