Took an expensive dress in to be altered. Alteration experience was VERY POOR. Work was rushed despite providing more than sufficient amount of time to complete alteration. Date of completion kept getting pushed back. Upon pick up I noticed that there are several runs on the fabric. Price was significantly increased from initial quote that was provided. Shop owner was very rude upon pick up and roughly passed dress to me saying "there its done" Overall, not a good experience.
